it tastes a combination of smoky burnt aroma and soft milky aroma, making its unique existence.

We use the premium egg directly imported from Japan, best quality cream cheese from America

and a healthy recipe with less -30% sugar to create the best melt-in-your-mouth texture consistent in every style and flavour of cheesecake on offer.

*For a more lava like texture, please enjoy on the day you receive your cake at room temperature.

*For a soft center texture, please enjoy after chilling it in the fridge and place the cake at room temperature for 20 minutes.

*If you don't finish the entire cake on the day, please place your cake in the fridge to keep for tomorrow.
