為慶祝父親節，Soulgood Bakery特別推出與本地咖啡酒品牌《白蘭樹下》和《Urban Coffee Roaster》的聯乘企劃，獨家創作全新提拉米蘇巴斯克芝士蛋糕。這款蛋糕以《白蘭樹下》的氈酒作基調，結合Urban Coffee Roaster的埃塞俄比亞淺焙精品咖啡，採用天然甜菊糖製作出無添加糖的咖啡甜酒，讓風味更加突出。

To celebrate Father's Day, Soulgood Bakery is excited to introduce a unique collaboration with local coffee liqueur brand "Perfume Tree Gin" and "Urban Coffee Roaster," creating an exclusive Tiramisu Basque Cheesecake. This delightful cake features the base of liqueur from Under the Banyan Tree, combined with Ethiopian light-roast specialty coffee from Urban Coffee Roaster, sweetened naturally with stevia for a no-added-sugar coffee liqueur.

Each bite melds creamy mascarpone cheese and fresh cream, with ladyfingers soaked in the liqueur, topped generously with French cocoa powder. The Tiramisu Basque Cheesecake not only offers a soft and fluffy texture but also achieves a perfect balance of sweetness from the cheesecake and the rich flavors of coffee and liqueur, making it a heartfelt treat for any dad.
